Dig Graves, Punishment For Not Wearing a Mask in Indonesia
Punishments for not wearing a face mask are getting to another level. Authorities at a village in East Java, Indonesia, are punishing people who refuse to wear face masks by making them dig graves. This is because there are only three gravediggers in the village and one way to make people conscious of the COVID-19 problem.
COVID-19 numbers in Indonesia continue to rise despite the restrictions set by the government. The military is enforcing the policies set by the authorities, however, people still do not follow the rules.
